We are very excited you are looking to join the Hispanic Business Leaders Network in your city. Through our partnership with Network and Social, Hispanic BLN is one of the fastest growing hispanic networking organizations in the country, now reaching over 200,000 professionals and collegiate entrepreneurs from over 35 Industries.

1. How Long Do Events Last?
Our standard networking events last for three hours, and attendees are allowed to check-in 15 minutes prior to the event start time.

2. Can I Invite A Friend Or Co-Worker?
We encourage professionals to come with a friend or co-worker to our events. Networking can be challenging to master, and it always helps when you can approach other professionals with someone you are comfortable with.

3. Do I have To Be Over 21 To Attend?
Typically most of our events cater to professionals 21 and over, but we do offer social networking events where age is not a restriction. We also host events at collegiate campuses where attendees do not have to be over 21. 4. How Do I Find Professionals In My Industry At Events?
The Hispanic Business Leaders Network seperates professionals by industry making it easier for professionals to identify the industries they want to network with. This process takes away much of the pressure of approaching other professionals at events, at the same time building confidence to become a better networker.

5. Should I Bring Business Cards To The Event?
Yes, bring as many business cards that will fit in your brief case or purse. Professionals network at our events by exchanging business cards and resumes.

6. Do I Need To Print Out My Ticket To Get In?
Although we would prefer that you bring your hard copy ticket to the event for check-in, it is not mandatory. We can check you in electronically by your last name, or by using your smart phone device. All events offer a discount off the ticket price for pre-registering online prior to the star of the event.

7. Can I Get A Refund If I Can’t Make The Event?
We are sorry, but there are no credits, refunds, vouchers, or transfers to a future events in the misfortune your reservation plans change. To learn more visit our Refund Policy Page.

8. Can My Business Help Sponsor An Event?

9. Can I Get A List Of Professionals/Businesses From The Event?
We set up events so professionals can connect in a low pressure environment at their own pace. In efforts to respect privacy, we do not provide attendee information under any circumstance.

10. Will You Use My Image Taken At Events?
By attending an event, you give the Hispanic Business Leaders Network the right, permission, and authority to use my name, image, voice, and/or likeness, without compensation, captured during the event by Hispanic Business Leaders Network, its affiliated entities or contractors, and/or the media in any photographs, videotapes, CDs, DVDs, broadcast, telecast, podcast, webcast, recordings, motion pictures, commercial advertisement, promotion materials, and/or any other record of this Event for any purpose whatsoever.
